Course One: Enjoy a Coffin Bay oyster each, direct from South Australia's iconic oyster region, choose from natural, kilpatrick or smoked salmon mornay

Course Two: Tuck into slow roasted duck shanks served with chef's signatory A La Range sauce

Course Three: Try some salt and pepper crocodilesucculent escalopes of crocodile in Artel's salt 'n' pepper dusting, served with bush chutney

Course Four: Savour grilled haloumi served with roasted beetroot and pomegranate dressing

Course Five: Next up, Southern dusted chicken, crispy fried and served with house-made jalapeño aioli
