Course Two: Make your selection from Chef Romain's famous sandcrab lasagne with a creamy crustacean sauce; Burgundy snail in their shell with parsley puree and sweet garlic butter; or the duck confit and duck foie gras terrine with prune, apple chutney and brioche
Course Three: Sink your teeth into a succulent whole steamed lobster with pomme anna, spring vegetables and lobster jus; Black Angus beef rib fillet grain fed and chargrilled with with duck fat potato and Bearnaise sauce; or slow-roasted free range half duck with new season asparagus, grenailles and a citrus and mace jus
