Head to the heart of Melbourne for a nine course Japanese Teppanyaki Heaven banquet at Riverside Teppanyaki in the CBD

Only $69 per person for the nine course banquet incl. wagyu (valued at $155) or $79 per person for the nine course banquet incl. rock lobster (valued at $180)

Course One: Begin your meal with the Flaming No1 Special, a crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish

Course Two: Warm up with soup made in house from roasted cauliflower blended by hand with a selection of cheeses, fresh vegetable stock and cream 

Course Three: Polish off wagyu shi chu; traditional Japanese style goujon of wagyu beef, slow cooked in soy sauce, mirin, red wine, tomato, celery and carrot 

Course Four: Devour a selection of the delicious sashimi

Course Five: Enjoy a hot mushroom salad selection of fresh mushrooms grilled on the teppan with either seaweed butter or soy on fresh greens 

Course Six: Tuck into a seafood selection of Alaskan crab, king prawn and scallop cooked to perfection

Course Seven: Cleanse your palate with a refreshing citrus cake sorbet

Course Eight: Save room for a succulent grain fed fillet with slipper lobster meat cooked to your liking and served with asparagus, mushroom and spinach

Or, for Option Two, upgrade to the Darlings Downs Wagyu 5+ with a baby rock lobster tail broiled on the teppan with wine, garlic and butter and served with teppan steamed English spinach and lemon 

Your banquet is served with a side of garlic or steamed rice and red and white miso soup

Course Nine: Finish with a cheeky crepe suzette teppanyaki style with orange caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
