Unleash your inner acrobat with an exciting flying trapeze class at Sydney Trapeze School. Your class will begin with an introduction and full body warm-up. Once that's done, you'll practice on the low stationary trapeze bar and then get to swing from the eight-metre high platform.
By the end of the class, you'll be ready for a death-defying mid-air leap into the hands of a catcher. It's a bird, it's a plane - nope, it's just you!
